Optimum Performance is an eclectic mix of cutting edge techniques, which will optimise performance by bringing the mind & body into alignment with the natural or “gut” instincts of any athlete.

Optimum Performance offers a distinct approach to performance working beyond the comprehension of “ego” or thinking mind. We empower the athlete to release old disempowering beliefs in order to optimise their passion and drive during performance.

Unison of the thinking mind,  “gut” instinct & physical body bring harmony & balance during performance, optimising performance.

What is required from you

Optimum Performance the Approach

Mental: Optimum performance in any sport is about mental clarity and focus under pressurised conditions. Currently the majority of techniques used for performance, control our thoughts as our innate personality, conditioning and experiences control our performance and motivation.

With Optimum Performance we work with the principle that the “ego” left hemisphere of the brain comes into unison with the right hemisphere, structure and creativity are allowed to flow aligning the athlete with their “gut” instincts during performance.

Emotional:  Optimum Performance assists the athlete in identifying any blocks on an emotional level without delving deeply into the past using cutting edge techniques in order to achieve their innate potential.

Physical: Physical fitness and flexibility are key for any athlete. With Optimum Performance we review the athletes current diet & hydration levels to see where performance can be enhanced on a physical level.

Instincts: This is about connecting with our innate knowing and using our “gut instincts” and intuition in order to optimise our potential.
